I have been thinking about the google map we need to use.  We could have the students in each place use google maps to show the location of the history they are sharing. For example, if we are sharing about a specific location there could be a mark on the map that the students can zoom in and see online.  We can make an example map for our blog and for our "students" to see what kind of map we are asking them to create.

    So the students in Kalamazoo would put exact marks in the specific places they were talking about? Then they would be able to use street level view to actually see the other place! Cool idea! I'm on board.

    Yes I agree. This sounds like it would be very engaging for the students because they are learning about certain places and places that took place and get an idea what Kalamazoo was like.
